Featured Straps!

Vector
from $65.00

With a simple design, this strap has slubby textured gray scale variations with the impression of hand painted white arrows over top. A minimalist strap, that would look great on any guitar.

You will be prompted to select your strap ends once you add the strap to your cart.

Available end options are Chocolate – Leather (Natural & Rustic), Saddle – Leather (Finished Auburn/Cognac), Sunset – Leather (Finished Dark Brown w/ Maroon Undertones), Midnight – Leather (Finished Black), and Onyx – Polyurethane (Matte Black Vegan-Friendly).

Strap width is 2”

Strap length is adjustable from approximately 35” to 61” (keyhole to keyhole).

All our straps come standard with durable, quality fabric stitched on a heavy duty poly backing, outfitted with nickel plated hardware and leather ends.

For musicians looking for a natural, softer material that provides more shoulder cushion and a grippier texture, you can upgrade the backing to a heavier weight cotton, perfect to help solve neck dive.

The unique cut of your strap may vary due to the nature of patterned fabric, but we will make every attempt to showcase the different possible variations.

Escalante
from $65.00

Inspired by the vibrant sandstone cliffs and winding canyons of the Southwest, the Escalante guitar strap blends warm desert oranges, sage greens, soft creams, and weathered grays into a striking woven pattern.

The Grouch
from $65.00

Some straps play nice. The Grouch doesn’t need to.

Crushed forest green plush fabric with pops of color throughout — rich, moody, and just a little bit difficult.

Our story

JoseyStraps originated (accidentally) when a husband asked a wife to use the home sewing machine to rescue a sentimental, vintage guitar strap that was literally falling apart.

After months of trial and error, scouring the interwebs for the perfect materials sourced in the USA, and spending more money than we want to disclose, we realized, once the dust settled, that we were holding one of the best straps we’ve ever used. We streamlined and perfected the process, and now we are thrilled to be able to share the results with the world!

We’ve been making jacquard and fabric trim straps since 2018 - but in late 2023 we ventured into the possibilities of using fabric, and boy, did it take off! We haven’t looked back. We peruse fabric stores everywhere we go looking for the next beautiful thing. We can never be sure if we’ll get our hands on a specific fabric again (many are discontinued, which means what we’ve got is a single limited run of unique cuts and then it’s gone). If you see something you love in the shop, you might want to grab it… or share the link to remind someone that your birthday is probably just around the corner.
